38 Degrees is working with Unlock Democracy to call for a Citizens’ Convention (Accountability and Ethics) Bill. The Bill would create a ‘jury’ of ordinary people to decide how to tackle to crisis of trust that is damaging our political system. Already, nearly 100 MPs of all parties have signed an Early Day Motion supporting the convention. Now, we need to push the number of MPs backing the bill even higher, to ensure the government can’t ignore our demands for change.
