On 10th and 11th December, European leaders meet in Brussels for their final talks before they go to the Copenhagen summit. It’s essential that at this meeting European countries commit right now to minimum 30% emissions cuts by 2020, and agree a willingness to go to 40% during the negotiations as part of securing a strong, fair and binding global deal.
