The global outcry against the Israeli government’s assault on the flotilla of aid ships is starting to work. The Israeli government has announced small changes in the rules of the Gaza blockade. Aid agencies such as Oxfam are saying that “this is not enough” and that a full lifting of the blockade is urgently needed.
